Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • You do not show up for your class (no-show).

  • You are late to class by 20 minutes or more and cannot be admitted.

  • You are asked to leave class for violating safety rules or disruptive behavior. This applies to minors as well.

  • You arrived with a minor less than 7 years of age and cannot be admitted.

  • You arrived with a guest that does not have a reservation and cannot be admitted.

  • Inclement weather such as hurricanes, tornados, snow storms etc.

  • Not finishing your rug design.

If you would like to send someone in your place, please email us at tuft.lyfe1@gmail.com at least 72 hours in advance with their information, and we will work with you to accommodate your request.

If class is canceled, rescheduled or postponed due to fault of the company or owner. You will have the option to reschedule for another class time or a refund may be issued.

Everyone is allowed 1 reschedule with in 6 month of original class session.
